How your cash reward amount is determined
It depends on the price of the home you sell or buy just as when you buy a consumer product. The reward offer made by the manufacturer is based upon the price of the goods you buy. The maximum cash reward offered is $10,000** per transaction. Buy and sell and earn up to a $30,000* cash reward!
Claiming your cash reward is simple!
After the closing of escrow I will give you your cash reward certificate, you make a copy of the front and back, complete a customer acknowledgement form and copy it, and mail both copies via certified mail to the third party administrator. That´s all it takes to begin the process.
What happens to unclaimed cash rewards?
Primary beneficiaries of the claim fund are certificate holders (you) who make a valid claim. The secondary beneficiaries are two nationally recognized children´s charities. If you fail to properly claim your cash reward 100% of the unclaimed monies go to two very worthy children´s charities.
Cash certificates are limited each month so act fast!
